The Holocaust Remembrance Series for Young Readers
Aimed at readers in grades 6 and up, the books in The Holocaust Remembrance Series for Young Readers recount the events of the Holocaust from a young person's perspective. Some of the books are based on the lives of real people - many of whom have shared their stories with the authors. Others tell a story based on historical facts using fictional characters. All of the books are based on real events during the Holocaust and paint a picture of terrible tragedy and amazing courage, set against the backdrops of the Warsaw Ghetto, Terezin, the ship St. Louis, and others.
The books feature maps, photographs, and details of the historical events of the Holocaust.
